From design
to finished product

The design, prototyping and industrialization of the product take place in close collaboration with the customer, thanks to the use of advanced three-dimensional CAD-CAM platforms.
Cagnoni’s technical staff is able to design both sheet metal details and moulds for mass production.

With special attention to the optimization of processing cycles and raw material consumption, we guarantee compliance with the requirements of precision, quality and functionality of the product, while maintaining high competitiveness. The creation of prototypes and pilot equipment always takes place in harmony with the customer, supported by a well-equipped and highly flexible internal workshop.

The workshop is equipped with two modern wire EDM (electrical discharge machining) systems and two CNC machining centres, one with three axes and one with five axes Furthermore, we have grinding machines, lathes and traditional machinery that complete our machine park, guaranteeing a complete and high-quality service for our customers.
