Processes and services
Typical processes range from automatic cold blanking of technical details to deep drawing using progressive moulds, block moulds, and transfer moulds. Possibility of washing and degreasing the products with the latest generation machinery, with water-based solvents from a sustainable perspective.
Our modern workshop and internal design allow us to create moulds for both internal and external use.

Production
The department is equipped with mechanical presses from 40 to 350 tons and a 300-ton hydraulic press, served by electronic power supplies and specific calenders for the processing of technical materials. It transforms an average of 10 tons per day of raw material, producing on average 500,000 parts per day in different sizes with thicknesses from 0.3 mm up to 4 mm. The result is technical details with tight tolerances and absolute precision on typical products such as contactors, flat springs, fastons, engine covers, engine cages, thermostat covers, boiler supports, car engine supports, brackets and much more.
