The history of Cagnoni has its roots in the Marche region, more precisely in what, after the Second World War, became known as the electronics and musical instruments district.
These two worlds, apparently distant, have an important element in common: the use of extremely precise components.
It was precisely with the aim of creating harmonic voices for accordions that in 1946 Muzio Cagnoni opened what, in over 70 years of history, would become today’s Cagnoni, a precision mechanical workshop specialized in metal stamping, cold blanking and production of electrical commuatators.
Today the Cagnoni team, led by Muzio’s descendants, Ignazio and Giordano, grapples daily with the future of a constantly evolving sector It does this by designing and manufacturing components that will respond to the new challenges posed by the market, such as electric motors and home automation (just to name a few).
Using cutting-edge software and dedicated training courses, the Cagnoni team manages the workflow from mould design to creation and prototyping with the customer, using modern numerical control machinery.
Dedicated management software monitors production planning and carries out a qualitative analysis based on the statistical data collected in the processes, for precise production output that always meets the customer’s needs.
Thanks to its own precision mechanical workshop and a highly customizable innovative production process, Cagnoni makes research and development one of its strong points, finding the most functional custom solution every time to the benefit of the customer.
