Cagnoni specialises in parts stamped from sheet metal (iron, steel, stainless, copper, brass, aluminium, bronze etc.), and in progressive or transfer dies, using the most modern machinery which ensures absolute precision and cost containment.

Design, prototyping and industrialisation of the product are done in collaboration with the customer, using three-dimensional CAD-CAM platforms.

Thanks to the outstanding skills of its technical staff, Cagnoni is able to design innovative solutions which keep it constantly at the leading edge. This is another reason why Cagnoni is now a benchmark manufacturer in the electronic and electromechanical industries, in plumbing and heating and musical instruments.

Our workshop uses ten mechanical presses ranging from 12 to 350 tons, served by electronic feeders and rollers specifically designed for processing technical materials. The machine parc is completed by high-precision CNC wire erosion and rectification.

We have the capacity to convert 5000 kg per day of raw materials, to produce about 250,000 articles per day weighing anything from a few tenths of a gram to 400 grams, and to handle thicknesses from 0.13 mm to 4 mm.
